An appointment lasts between 20 and 40 minutes. Our expert FullHelp AUTO carries out an inspection of your vehicle on the basis of your description to validate that it corresponds to the real state of the vehicle.

Takeover of your car: the documents to provide
At your appointment to redeem your vehicle you will need to provide the following documents:
- The vehicle registration certificate
- The identity document (identity card or passport) of the holder of the registration card.
- If applicable, your vehicle’s maintenance booklet and any maintenance invoices, as well as the repair history.
- If applicable, the front of the car radio, the cd of the navigation system or the key of the antitheft nuts.
- The certificate of non pledge of your self downloadable directly on the site of the ministry.
REMINDER: TECHNICAL CONTROL IS NOT COMPULSORY.

Sale of a vehicle: the administrative formalities
Once you have validated our offer, our expert writes 3 statements of assignment of sale of the vehicle between you and the company FullHelp AUTO, which will therefore acquire your vehicle. These documents are intended for your auto insurance, at the prefecture of your department, and to you.
The registration certificate is crossed out at the date and time of the transaction with the mention “sold as is”. We can give you a copy of the registration certificate on request.
